Kuta Paradiso Hotel, Kuta (Bali)

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were well insulated from noise but had a very unpleasant smell of sewage when the air con was on. On the bright side, the terrace and jacuzzi were a nice touch.

Staying at the hotel was a therapy for me and my family despite some issues with the room. The staff tried to fix the aircon but had no luck, and we received food vouchers as compensation. However, being placed in a back corner with noisy compressors was disappointing considering previous stays.

I loved the convenient location of the hotel, right in the heart of Kuta and close to the beach. The rooms were a bit old but clean, although the noise from outside was a drawback for families with young children. The service was efficient and pleasant, though there were a few misses. The dining options were good, but not fully operational. Overall, a decent pick for the value.

The hotel's rooms were situated directly above the dining room, leading to early waking due to noise. Despite being at best 4-star standard, we asked for a balcony. The service was friendly but not efficient, needing upgrades to match the staff's great attitude. The location was good for beach access but faced noise from restaurants and clubs. The dining experience was really good, yet a bit expensive. Facilities were well-kept.

The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with great water pressure in the shower, but some aspects appear a bit run-down. The location is perfect for accessing nearby attractions, though noise from the street could be bothersome at times.
